Pricing follows the number and complexity of your assets, document volume and ongoing curation effort – not your user count.
One-time setup + ongoing usage
The setup fee is charged once. Ongoing operation is covered by a monthly usage fee. Important: this fee covers all recorded machines and equipment groups at a site combined – not per machine and not per request. The exact amount depends on scope and document volume and is quoted as a fixed price after the free initial assessment.

Additional machines only become cheaper when they are technically similar – a technically different machine means almost the same setup effort as the first. Every fixed price is preceded by a free initial assessment: a 30-minute conversation with up to 5 example documents. For equipment such as forklifts, gates or cranes we bill in device groups rather than per single device.
Outlook
AI Technikakte is continuously evolving – deliberately together with our pilot customers. Topics such as maintenance planning and interfaces to existing systems (e.g. ERP) are currently under evaluation. As a pilot partner, you actively shape these priorities.
